Denon has some great addons for iPod, so you can control it via. your reciever, that would be pretty nice!
I'd like to see you partner up with Sennheiser to create the ultimate Zune headphones!
Tivoli has some nice iPod integration as well, would be cool to see Zune integrated as well.

I don't know Microsoft's plans but for me Zune is about access to user/purchased content in a interconnected way. That said, some suggestions...
1. At first I thought your partners should come out with a HD Docking Station (with HD output, MCE connectivity) but I realized that v2 MCE Extenders whenever they are released should be able to provide that functionality. Please carry over the same Zune-to-XBox integration over to Zune-to-Extender. My suggestion is that v2 MCE Extenders have "Designed for Zune" logo and include Zune software. Take advantage of every opportunity to put Zune software in consumers hands.
2. Digital picture frames are starting to gain popularity. Partner with these manufacturers to provide a Designed for Zune picture frame that has wireless capability. Haven't fully thought it through, but I can see using Zune software to manage all picture frames in the home and each units photo playlist. And it could be expanded later to include MSNDirect type of information. Bundle Zune software with these digital picture frames.
3. Add Media Extender capabilities to Zune. Not the old PMC download variety but the ability to stream content from MCE to Zune Portable device. The flexibility to watch LiveTV programs is a killer application you haven't exploited sofar. And if Zune doesn't have the range needed (300ft), then maybe there is a way to boost it with a partner accessory.
4. If SoapBox and Live Spaces become part of Zune content and social ecosystem then they should have "Designed for Zune" logo on those sites.
5. Partner with Zinio.com to deliver electronic magazines. Growing Zune Marketplace as a common gateway to paid & unique content is vital.
6. Partner & develop a Zune branded eMag/Book reader.
7. I'd like to see XM/Sirius professional paid programming available in Zune Marketplace. Preferrably both in Live and Downloadable forms. Apple has an exclusive with Audible..maybe this is a chance to get an exclusive with XM/Sirius.
8. XM/Sirius receiver..ideally something in the form factor of Zune's FM transmiter.
9. Movie downloads & rental subscriptions. XBox Marketplace Movie downloads was a great start. But I think you'll get a heck of alot more usage if you offered monthly rental subscriptions. Similiar to NetFlix & BlockBusters offerrings. 5movies/month for $15, etc. I'm not sure if you are negotiating and acquiring licensing directly with studios. But perhaps their is a way to partner with companies such as CinemaNow & MovieLink in putting together packaged deals.
10. When Zune Marketplace is leaps better than MediaPlayer and you have movies plus some free content to offer everyone, go full throttle advertizing Zune software. Take cues from AOL. I'm not advocating mass mailings. But having it located on/near register counters would be a good start.
Although Media Center Edition is very prevalent in new computer purchases, the majority of that user base probably hasn't take advantage of it DVR capabilities. In addition, their are some people who will find it odd or don't want to locate their PC in the living room. My suggestion is for XBox team create a XBox branded Ethernet/USB TV tuner. Maybe you partner with SlingBox on this. But it would be something that could be utilized by a dedicated MCE PC. Or if the home didn't have a MCE PC, it still could be accessible to XBox and Zune users.
Belkin TuneTalk Stereo
Just a few partnering ideas...
1) Alpine. My limited edition RS3.0 Scion XB has an Alpine stereo with an iPod port. It only does audio, even though my deck is connected to two headrest video devices. Let's get a car dock system for Zune that not only has video output to car video screens but also makes use of the wireless remote! That would be tasty. Alpine's always been leading the pack with new tech, so they're a natural choice.
2) Yamaha. At the electronics mass-retailer I work for, we sell a metric butload of Yamaha home theater recievers. Most of these now support an external iPod dock that simply plugs into the reciever unit! If they've got an iPod docking system, why not Zune?
3) HP. HP's new-ish line of TVs with built-in Media Center Extenders are a fantastic product. If I could walk in the front door, connect my Zune to the same WiFi network as an HP MCE TV, and hear my music I'd be enthralled.
4) The hardware modification community. These are the real product enthusiasts, the ones that want to hack apart everything your hardware teams have created and, quite simply, do what they want with the product. They'll work hardest on the features that they want the most and they'll bring to light new trends and possibilities - even if they go against what your existing content partners want to see. Don't dismiss them outright as DMCA-breaking outlaws. Learn from them and give them the respect they deserve. Lift their greatest, safe ideas for future updates. Heck, hire their best for their innovation!
It's good to see you MS blogger types listening to the people! When people ask me how I like my Zune, I always mention the community participation that you guys have. Keep it rockin. :)

Bill, I' not sure this qualifies as a "Partner" but I'd like to see Zune working with SlimDevices' SqueezeBox. The SqueezeBox is sort of a MP3 player client that works off of the open sourced SlimServer. In the last year SlimDevices has worked with Rhapsody so subscribers can play their music over their SqueezeBoxes at home. Its a high quality product and it would be fantastic if MS worked with SlimDevices to get Zune Marketplace content working like they did with Rhapsody. It would give consumers another reason to buy a Zune.
